Back by popular demand, the Spokane Symphony and Chorale will join people around the world celebrating New Year's Eve with a performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. The performance of this famous symphony, whose themes of freedom and brotherhood have inspired millions of people all over the world, is a new and exciting holiday tradition in Spokane. Eckart Preu brought the tradition from his native Germany and it was a sell-out in its first year.
